The series of exhibitions entitled Chermen féminin organized by Dott.ssa Giorgia Cassini will be held at the art rooms of the Nyala Suite Hotel Sanremo. The high-quality event is based on painting production by three young excellent painters who occupy an outstanding position in the Italian contemporary painting. Monica Frisone’s exhibition: from 1st to 29th July; Roberta Camilloni’s exhibition: from 1st to 29th August and Antonella Cotta’s exhibition: from 3rd to 30th September.

Villa Ziro & Villa S. Clotilde 

On the first Tuesday of August and September, a guided visit will take the public around these two beautiful historical dwellings.
 
Villa Zirio was built in 1870 and hosted the German Emperor Frederick III in 1887. One of the oldest lifts in Europe may be admired here.
 
Villa S. Clotilde was built around 1878 as a villa but was soon turned into a convent by the French nuns of Sainte Clotilde. In 1923 the villa was purchased by Don Orione who turned it into a care home.
 
Meeting place: 9.30 am in front of the entrance to the railway station
 
Price: 5 Euros / person (free for children up to 15 years of age)
